At zedleatherwearco.com we make sure that our buyers get their item ASAP. It is as simple as that.However since the items offered here are Pre-Sale or Make-to-Order, we make them from fresh material instead of stocking piles of them so they look wear teary after sometime laying in our warehouse. We do stock some of our hot selling designs at our warehouses in London, United Kingdom and at Chicago, United States but most of them are made when we receive order from the customer online.
Surely this doesn’t affect delivery times because most of the patterns are ready-made and we take 10-12 working days to make a jacket unless a custom order is placed by the buyer or an exception arrives that is conveyed to the buyer beforehand.
The Cycle
Shipping & Delivery takes no more than 15 working days in normal circumstances. This means 10-12 working days for manufacturing and further 3 working days for delivery.
We use express courier services for delivery such as FedEx, DHL and SkyNet. For items readily available to be shipped from our warehouses in USA or UK we sometimes use postal services like USPS in USA and RoyalMail in the UK.
Import Duties & Taxes
zedleatherwearco.com is not responsible for any import duties/taxes a buyer may incur. The cost of item paid to us is exclusive of all these charges. It is buyer’s responsibility to check with their domestic customs if they are going to get taxed for importing/buying our items. Custom policy differ all around the world and some countries are very strict in imposing taxes for importing any high value item.
Tracking / AWB Information
After receiving the payment, we will send you a product confirmation code via email. If for any reason you don’t obtain our email within 24 hours period, you can get in touch with our customer representative at rizwanzedleatherwearco@gmail.com to verify your order.
Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can get your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account tab on the Home page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don’t need to sign up again. Just login to your account to check tracking numbers and invoice(s).
